Tim Wills, Roger Taylor, Ian Bennett, Bryce Eishold, Alan Bishop and David Proposch at the end of the job
The West Gippsland Health Services Palliative Care unit wrote to the Rotary Club of Drouin asking if we could help out a client in Erica who was simply unable to tend an overgrown driveway and nearby gardens and, it was causing him concern.

President Mike Kelleher and Secretary Tim Wills travelled the hour up from Drouin to scope the project and met with Moe Rotarian and Erica resident Bryce Eishold to discuss options.

On Wednesday 6th November three members of the Drouin club - Ian Bennett, David Proposch and Tim Wills were joined by Bryce and two others from the Moe club - Alan Bishop and Roger Taylor.

Over the following three hours, as the temperature rose the Cup Day celebrations began to take their toll, a large tipper truck loaned by a local farmer was filled to capacity with the results of the clean-up.

At the end of the effort the Rotarians were treated to a veritable feast of home cooked produce and barbequed goodies.

A day which showed Rotarians are certainly "People of Action".
