Call for help with Ficifolia Festival 2017

“The Ficifolia Festival Committee (FFC) has asked Drouin Rotary to organise and manage the street parade next year. Kevin is keen to see if this can be done and the simplest way to achieve this is for around ten members to volunteer to join the FFC. This is recommended to ensure insurance cover for all involved. Only Kevin will be active with the actual FFC, meetings etc. The rest of us would be involved only with activity associated with the parade: promotion, registration, marshalling on the day as floats line up at the Recreation Reserve then leave, head down Young Street (not Princes Way), turn left past the Council offices and then down into the park.”

Please let Kevin know if you are prepared to be involved……....and that really means on the day of the Parade for all but a couple of the volunteers, who will have some preliminary duties..........paperwork.
